LOTTERIES:  
Odds of you being cheated are too great. Incentive for them to cheat is too great

    1) Look, no system out there can give you the winning numbers, mine included!
    2) No set of numbers will win if they cheat!
    3) I believe that any lottery that uses an RNG instead of drawing balls publicly, cheats!
    4) Federal Law Enforcement needs to have a snitch inside a lottery enterprises.
    5) Get the goods on someone inside and make them give you the inside facts daily.

Here’s the system. 
You have to play for the long run. You need to reduce the odds. You need a better chance at winning small amounts to sustain a longer run. Break down the groups into divisions. For example:

Drawing 7 numbers from 50 involves 5 divisions:– 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40 and 41-50
Randomly draw 7 numbers from each division.
That’s your new population, 35 numbers for a drawing of 7 out of 50.
If the winning numbers come from those 35 odds reduce from 99,884,400 to 6,724,520

Drawing 6 numbers from 49 involves 5 divisions:– 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40 and 41-49
Randomly draw 7 numbers from first 4 divisions and 6 numbers from the last one.
That’s your new population, 34 numbers for a drawing of 6 out of 49.
If the winning numbers come from those 34 odds reduce from 13,983,816 to 1,344,904

Drawing 6 numbers from 45 involves 5 divisions:– 1-9, 10-18, 19-27, 28-35 and 36-45
Randomly draw 6 numbers from each division,
That’s your new population, 30 numbers for a drawing of 6 out of 45.
If the winning numbers come from those 30 odds reduce from 8,145,060 to 593,775

Until the FBI or RCMP or whatever countries police forces get the goods on someone inside or until they change back to the public drawings using ‘ball machines’ the odds of you being cheated are too great and the incentive for them to cheat is also to great for many. The numbers these lotteries chalk up, day to day, are in the billions and a public draw costs is a pittance!

Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll keep getting what you’re getting because they’ll keep doing what they’re doing. Pardon me, a bit of a Harris word salad.

We looked at the following:
Divisions not drawn – most of the time at least division does not have a number drawn. 
We find that most missed divisions are the 3rd followed by the 2nd and 4th.

It let’s you eliminate the numbers you don’t want used or use only the numbers you specify.

How can they cheat?
As the link to the RNG clearly shows numbers can be eliminated or specified. For that to be hidden from most it can be done in the programming. A file containing numbers or groups of numbers can be chosen to either use or ignore. That’s the simplest way, if your draws are done by computer you can tell the program that if a particular set of numbers appears in the file, do not draw those numbers, if that set does not exist draw. That’s the set you want and you want the draw to take time to grow so it might be a half a dozen or more draws before that set is chosen. That’s the surest and most secure way to do it, a simple line of code, a hit and miss process and more.

There are many other ways more obvious but to catch a crook you have to think like a crook.

We have three recommendations based on our research:
1. Don’t gamble the odds are too high!
2. If you must, wait for 4 or 5 draws after a win.
3. Contact a Federal Police Force if you can prove cheating.
(lotteries in most cases report to the Local Attorney General’s Office, as do regional police)
